It is the first screen that the collector is dispatched to upon logging into the system. The collector can view any account displayed in this screen by double clicking any of the names and is automatically dispatched to the Main Customer and Reporting Screen where all the data and the workings related to the respective account are accessible. All Dialers collection personnel have access to the collection program and are able to update the system while speaking to the customer (real time reporting). Real time reporting allows the management and audit team to progress and monitor the status of each account instantly.
The main customer and reporting screen serves several purposes. Primarily it houses all the vital information required by the collector in working the account. Information such as contact numbers, current out standing and last payment date and amount are part of the relevant data that appear on this screen. Secondly the collector is able to update all new activities and findings immediately while speaking to the customer.
