All clients are provided reports of all accounts on a monthly basis. There are however are certain reports that are also provided to our clients on a weekly or biweekly basis depending on the requirements of the clients. A daily report is also dispatched to clients for accounts that have promised to pay on the particular date.

The other reports that are provided by Dialers include: an assignment report, a collection report, a contactable and un-contactable report. Reports are designed and dispatched based on the requirements of the client.
